As the Head of Business Development at SQUEEZE Inc, a ten-year-old startup, I specialize in business development, web project launches, and project management. SQUEEZE focuses on smart hotel planning and operations, as well as digitizing hotel operations (DX). Within the Business Development Division, I have led several key initiatives, including the launch of a new smart hotel business with the JR East Group, the development of a hotel operation and reservation site with the Fighters, and the implementation of solutions for major chain hotels. Our collaboration with the JR East Group was recognized as a successful startup partnership and earned us a commendation from JR headquarters. December 2014 - Role: Regional Director, Singapore Transferred to Singapore in December 2014 to establish a local subsidiary in partnership with Itochu Corporation. Set up a regional headquarters overseeing subsidiaries in Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia. Managed new business launches, web project management, sales, and overall business administration. Executed a successful M&A with a local venture company in Singapore. April 2017 - Role: Project Manager Returned to Japan and led the renewal project for the inventory management system.
