I’m an executive leader at the intersection of strategy, organizational development, and social impact. For 20+ years, I’ve helped mission-driven organizations grow stronger, lead better, and achieve transformational results through bold vision, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership. As a CEO and former Vice President, I’ve led high-performing teams, restructured organizations, built cross-functional systems, and advised C-suite leaders and Boards on strategy, performance, and change. I’ve overseen teams of 78+ staff, managed budgets up to $20M, and directed global portfolios valued at $80M+. I’ve secured more than $1B in new revenue across sectors. And through it all, I’ve remained deeply committed to equity, collaboration, and impact. In this role, I lead firm-wide strategy, operations, and culture. I’ve implemented new organizational structures, coached executive leaders, and led the development of strategic plans that align mission, metrics, and culture. Prior to TRG, I served as Vice President of Business Development at Creative Associates International and held multiple leadership roles at DAI Global. In these roles, I built systems, launched departments, and guided teams through growth and complexity, while maintaining a human-centered, equity-informed approach to leadership and success. My leadership style is grounded in empathy, pragmatism, and courage. I’m known for bringing calm to complexity, asking the right questions, and building trust at every level of the organization.
