I consider myself to be hard working, exceptionally reliable, and outgoing with a positive outlook on life. I am a good communicator, well organized, and have great time management skills. I am always striving for more and love a good challenge. I always try my best and throw myself into projects to ensure achievement. I have a decent amount of work experience and many small accomplishments along the way which can demonstrate my skills and abilities. My most recent job role was working at Sky within the contact center, where I would deal with a variety of customer complaints every day. Within this role I handled calls from technical faults to billing enquirys. I had to handle these calls efficiently but still delivering the best level of customer service. My current skill set is an asset to any business having worked alone but also within small and large teams.
