Successfully delivered project charter with mitigation of quality and food safety risk through risk assessment, and achieved reduce cost by 60,6%. 3- Led Online Change Control Management Project by established business requirement document include functional specification design with IT teams and reduced absolute measurement of time to assess up to post-launch monitoring by 78%. 4- Established first-ever FSSC certification for dairy and premix company.
