I have a Master of Information Technology from the University of Ballarat, where I gained a solid foundation in IT concepts, theories, and practices. I also hold diplomas in Management Information Systems and Disaster Management, which enhance my knowledge and abilities in IT project management, risk assessment, and emergency response.
