For me, I found a way to turn my pain into my life’s passion and purpose. I started as a career coach because I literally couldn’t find a job. I couldn’t crack the code as to how to successfully navigate the job search process after I graduated from college.It was the lowest, most painful time of my life filled with countless rejections, a complete crisis of confidence and a belief that I would never bring value to the world beyond taking up space at an “empty desk.”As a result, I have dedicated and committed my entire professional life to learning every tip, trick, strategy, and nuance as to how to manage your career “like a boss,” and sharing that information with as many people as possible as a coach, as a trainer, as a speaker, as an author and as an advocate for female empowerment.I am a Certified Executive Coach, I partner with professional men & women (mid-level to executives) on their professional development. I take a very personal approach to people’s professional success.
