About Aimee Curran

I’m a Communications Executive at CarTrawler, specialising in internal communications, with a particular focus on keeping our contact centre teams informed and engaged. My background in graphic design has equipped me with a unique ability to create impactful and visually interesting updates, ensuring that our communications are both informative and engaging. I thrive on bringing creativity into everything I do, from designing visually appealing presentations to crafting internal content that resonates with the team. I leverage Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Poppulo, and PowerPoint to streamline our internal communications, ensuring key messages are effectively delivered. One of my proudest achievements is writing contact centre award applications, which have helped us secure gold and silver awards at Irish, European, and international levels—a testament to the exceptional work our team does every day.I also organise employee engagement activities to foster a positive, collaborative culture within the department, ensuring high morale and team cohesion. My journey with CarTrawler began as an advisor, where I quickly developed a deep understanding of our products and services. I grew into the role of Senior Agent, then moved on to become an Escalations Supervisor, before transitioning into my current role. Throughout these experiences, I’ve gained a strong understanding of the business from the ground up, and I now bring that knowledge to my communications role.
