About Aimee Davis

I manage an office and am in charge of customer accounts, invoicing, billing, as well as keeping all employee records and payroll. I utilize Quickbooks to keep track of new customers as well as create purchase orders and reconcile bank statements. I assisted customers and clients with occupational health program (OHP) department in a fast-paced environment. I have also been in charge of a medical coding and billing department, utilizing my account coordination and data entry skills. I respond to routine calls and emails about appointments, orders and other departmental matters. I have conducted interviews for potential employees and have onboarded and trained new employees. I also managed enrollment and onboarding requests from clients for new hires, as well as developed, maintained, and updated employee’s chart/record information. I kept and updated patient files, staff information, customer profiles, clinic and doctor files, and provider profiles. I prepared authorization forms, obtained medical records/results from clinics, and conducted follow-up with clinics and providers. I am a team player and love being part of a team. I am very dedicated and loyal and a great teamplayer. I was a college athlete and Academic All-American and know what it takes to show up everyday to be mentally and physically prepared to get the job done.
