About Aimee Kraefft

As a passionate Health & Wellbeing advocate, I’m inspired to empower everyone to be at their best through education and optimisation of their wellbeing. Since completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2008, I’ve gained health and wellbeing experience through clinical and corporate roles.My clinical background has seen me working alongside some of Australia’s best health professionals and support staff to rehabilitate patients in the areas of complex trauma, sports and orthopaedics- including The Women’s Australian Gymnastics Team, Victorian Amateur Football Association teams and elite athletes. Since transitioning out of a clinical role, I’ve consulted to numerous sectors and companies about health and safety, wellbeing, ergonomics, safety, injury management and manual handling. My perpetual hunger to enhance an understanding of research based health and wellbeing has seen me complete training in APMA Level 2 clinical pilates, mindfulness, yoga, and strength and conditioning. The diversity of my corporate and clinical experience has inspired me to appreciate the intricacies of the mind, body and environment, reiterating the importance of holistic client management.
