About Aimee Mears

Business professional and creative individual with leadership and management skills backed by extensive education in the fields of business, human resources, payroll, and organizational leadership. After spending several years learning the fundamentals of the payroll industry, I became quite interested in the larger picture of Human Resources and thus set out on an educational path to further my development in the industry. Along with the opportunity to grow educationally, I also sought out advancement in my experience. This led to over 14 years of experience in the field of payroll and HR. As I became more exposed to leadership roles, I started seeing where issues arise that lead to turnover, lack of productivity and motivation, and turmoil in company culture. I also saw opportunities to develop leader’s skills to combat these issues. This led me back to school for a doctorate where I focused on Organizational Leadership, and employee motivation and engagement. Between my experience and education, I look forward to working in new industries to help organizations and employees get the most from each other.
