I am an Instructor of Communication Studies and Director of Forensics (Speech and Debate) at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. While I have a wide variety of interests, my current focus is education and forensics (speech and debate). After teaching for two and a half years in Nagoya, Japan, I came back to the United States to get a Master of Arts in Communication Studies. It was in Nagoya that I found a love for teaching and travel. Someday, I would like to supplement my teaching career by becoming involved in the publishing industry, writing, and perhaps international relations.
