I’m a healthcare compliance professional with over a decade of experience across clinical and hospital auditing, investigations, credentialing, and regulatory compliance. With a foundation in medical billing and coding, I’ve grown into leadership roles supporting large health systems and now serve as Manager of Conflicts of Interest in the Office of Corporate Ethics and Compliance. I hold an Associate and Bachelor of Science, and I’m weeks away from completing my MBA. I’m also certified in Healthcare Compliance, HIPAA, Healthcare Management, Project Management, and hold microcredentials in Law and Technology. Throughout my career, I’ve led and contributed to key compliance functions, from RAC audits and privacy investigations to developing robust monitoring strategies and managing financial and non-financial conflicts of interest. I am passionate about bridging operational knowledge with ethical decision-making to support a culture of integrity in healthcare. I’m an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association, the AAMC Forum on Conflicts of Interest, and serve on multiple professional committees within my organization, including Professional Development and Data & Visualization.
