Master Scheduler, SAP S/4 transformation site lead and line manager to a team of 3 resource/inventory controllers. Obtained a BSc in Professional Supply Chain Leadership sponsored by BAE Systems. I provide robust manufacturing plans to ensure the business achieve customer requirements on time and in full. I provide delivery and manufacturing forecast to report internally and externally to stakeholders. This ensures the business are aware of forecast for sales intake and expected delivery dates for customers. Alongside master scheduling, I manage the labour forecast and recruitment requirements based on demand while collaborating with the manufacturing manager. This role also includes responsible for inventory management, the monitoring of gross, surplus and blocked stock while working along side finance to ensure inventory is controlled and analysed effectively.
