In my role as the Head of Operations at Vanilla, I am responsible for guiding the operational direction of the company, including customer success and experience, driving a foundation of processes and remote practices, contracts and pricing, success metrics, compliance and legal, finance and accounting, as well as HR/people ops. Responsibilities include project management, analytics and reporting, understanding and communicating the user experience, as well as ensuring that the goals and targets of the company are met/exceeded. Beyond the office, I enjoy traveling the world with my husband. In our first trip to Europe I developed a 26 page itinerary for our journey across 7 countries (yes, I am detail oriented!), which ultimately led me to putting those travel skills to good use by starting typeatrips.com, a blog dedicated to creating the best possible travel experiences through detailed research, strategic decisions and organized planning. I also have a huge heart for Younglife, which is an organization that significantly impacted my life many years ago, focused on building meaningful relationships with high school students.
