I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for coaching, quality improvement, education; enhancing both patient experience and safety.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of being part of exceptional surgical teams and leading them to success. I've conducted environmental and medical device reprocessing quality audits, where I provided formal assessments and education. Under my leadership, my previous hospital department became one of the most engaged teams in our healthcare system, serving as a model for process improvement, with a strong focus on quality and patient safety.I’m currently embracing new career challenges at Incision, where I’ve advanced from Medical Content Creator to Team Lead, and now serve as the Product Owner for US Content. Since relocating to the Netherlands, I’ve been learning Dutch—certainly a challenge, but I’m making great progress!
