About Aimee Warrior

I am Aimee Warrior, a BSc and MSc (Hons) graduate who is striving to become a clinical psychologist. I successfully completed my undergraduate course to the highest of my abilities, achieving a First class degree. My enthusiasm and interest in psychology, specifically clinical psychology, has only grown since studying at Northumbria University. I am extremely passionate about learning and have the desire to develop my understanding and skills consistently. In order to gain more knowledge and help me on my trajectory in reaching my goals, I further completed an MSc in Foundations in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University, achieving a merit. Throughout my undergraduate degree, I have worked part-time and interned in Northumbria university's psychology department Equality, diversity and inclusivity team. I aided in the department achieving an Athena SWAN Bronze award. Whilst studying the MSc, I volunteered as a telephone befriender for the charity Mental Health Concern. I thoroughly enjoy having weekly communication with the service users and being able to offer a listening ear.
