Electrical Engineer with twelve years of experience in project management and field service, specializing in diagnosing and repairing a broad range of medical equipment. My expertise in Health Information Systems and tele-health, along with my strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, make me an excellent fit to manage projects efficiently, ensure timely delivery, and meet client expectations. I have a proven track record of managing account service and escalations, providing on-site diagnosing and repairing for a wide range of life-saving medical equipment. Including mechanical, and electromechanical equipment and integrated systems. My expertise spans Lab instruments, automated molecular systems, cytology diagnostics using LIS, connectivity and networking. In my current role as a Site Planner and Field Service Engineer II, I continue to refine my project management skills, further supported by an Imaging Informatics Health-Sciences Certificate from the Michener Institute at UHN, which I completed in December 2023.
