About Aimen Zara

Some people will say it’s the Punjabi in me, some will say it's the Marketer or the PR professional but, I believe it’s just me, “Aimen is good at telling stories.” In social settings, people hung by each and every word I said. If a story had to be narrated, my friends always insisted, I would be the one to narrate it. My ability of spinning tales became my social prowess and so when I came to the US for college, I figured why not convert my passion and natural ability into my full-time profession. Throughout my academic, professional, and extracurricular experiences, I focused on honing my marketing and communication skills. I applied the knowledge learned from my classroom to my various professional experiences with different nonprofit and commercial organizations. I have been able to build upon my passion for marketing, advertising, social media, and content creation through my work experiences which entailed advertising, improving web pages, direct and digital marketing strategies, and increasing sales through cost-effective marketing. Owing to my global educational and professional experiences, I am able to employ strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with people from diverse backgrounds, effectively. My educational qualifications coupled with my professional experiences make me an adept juggler in the fields of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations.
