I am a Clinical Research Associate II at Parexel Japan, passionate about bridging clinical development and evidence-based medicine. With a background as a Registered Nurse (Australia), I bring a strong understanding of patient care and medical communication into clinical operations. Over the past few years, I have been deeply involved in Phase trials in gastroenterology and liver diseases (IBD, NASH), ensuring data quality, compliance, and strong investigator engagement. I truly enjoy connecting scientific rigor with the human side of research — motivating sites, resolving issues collaboratively, and finding creative solutions that improve trial outcomes. Fluent in both English and Japanese, I communicate effectively with global sponsors and cross-functional teams. My next professional goal is to join a global pharmaceutical company where I can contribute to Medical Affairs, Real-World Evidence, or Clinical Operations, using my clinical insight and data-driven mindset to generate meaningful medical value.
