Hey there! I'm Aindrilla Das – a product-driven problem solver passionate about creating impactful experiences that bridge business, technology, and customer needs. With a BBA & MBA in HR and Marketing, my journey started at Bata, where I led India’s first all-women-led store—an experience that shaped my ability to lead, strategize, and optimize operations. But my entrepreneurial mindset led me to something bigger. I founded Montro, a health and wellness startup, where I collaborated with designers and developers to build a digital presence and streamline customer engagement. Through this, I discovered my love for building and optimizing tech products, which led me to dive deep into Agile methodologies, user research, and data-driven decision-making. What I Bring to the Table: Product & Data Analysis – Understanding customer behavior, identifying trends, and translating insights into strategic decisions. Business Process Optimization – Improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and reducing bottlenecks in tech-driven environments.
