About Aino Harilainen

It is important to me that people feel well, both in their free time and at work. My heart beats for the work culture development and well-being. I feel that years in different customer service positions and with early childhood education are important keystones in my HR career. I always put people first and take different backgrounds into account. In addition, I’m very solution-oriented and good at looking at things in the big picture. This is especially critical in work well-being, and I always think carefully about how different things affect each other and employees. I have changed agilely to an HR field and worked with great talents who have also helped me to shape myself professionally in this sector. I’m always ready for discussion, so if well-being and work culture development are close to your heart as well, don’t hesitate to contact me!
