About Ainsley Grech

For ten years I have worked successfully in a series of hospitality positions, generally in a leadership role. With excellent communication and customer service skills I soon find myself not only serving customers directly but training staff, organising rosters and managing logistics and compliance. I have supervised the bar at two of Sydney’s largest and most iconic sporting venues, and for several years had a similar role at the Liverpool Catholic Club, a major sporting and social centre for western Sydney. My most recent role has been with an organic composting and worm farming company. using my qualifications in forensic chemistry. In addition, I have contributing to the running of the company, assisting in office operations as well as developing technical training materials and delivering training and inductions to new staff and visitors. Having recently re-located to the UK I am looking for new opportunities to apply my skills in your organisation.
