My Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from CQUniversity enhances my ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Passionate about creating positive work cultures, I utilise evidence-based practices to optimise workflows, improve organizational performance, and foster a growth-oriented environment.
