About Airton Sena

I am a professional with a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and a strong background in the iGaming industry, with a focus on fraud prevention, customer support, and responsible gaming practices. Currently working as a Risk & Fraud Technician at Versusbet, I monitor user behavior, verify identities (KYC), and investigate suspicious activity to ensure a safe and compliant betting environment. My work involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a data-driven approach to mitigate risks and uphold the integrity of the platform. With prior experience delivering high-quality customer support via live chat and email, I’ve developed excellent communication skills and an in-depth understanding of sportsbook markets. My fluency in English allows me to connect effectively with international clients and stakeholders. I’m committed to delivering player-first experiences with respect, efficiency, and analytical precision — bringing both human insight and operational excellence to every challenge.
