Hello! My name is Aisha Burns (previously Aisha Bradley) and I’m a Senior Analyst at LPL Financial with a passion for Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. I support the Liquidity and Succession (L&S) program and manage new strategic initiatives. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, I've developed a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating contracts, participating in RFIs and RFPs with business practices at the top of mind. I assist with the day-to-day management of vendors required for employee advisor office onboarding, vendor onboarding, contracting, and payments under tight and critical timelines. Collaborating with the Field Management team, I develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies specific to the employee advisor model. I present recommendations and process improvements to strategic sourcing and field management leaders, and analyze data to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies. In addition to my role at LPL Financial, I'm also a proud board member of the Institute for Supply Chain ISM - Charlotte Chapter. Being a part of the ISM community has allowed me to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in procurement, and also network with other professionals in the field. What sets me apart is my ability to think strategically and my strong analytical skills. I'm a problem solver at heart and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges. My attention to detail and strong communication skills have also helped me build solid relationships with stakeholders and vendors. As a current member of the Employee Engagement Committee, I love to plan work events, team-building exercises, and holiday events that bring the team together. These initiatives have fostered a positive work environment and strengthened team cohesion. I take pride in my proven record of increasing employee engagement scores by 25%, which demonstrates my commitment to creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. My true passion is leadership, having years of experience in team leadership. Currently, I'm pursuing my MBA at USC Aiken School of Business, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in areas like Supply Chain, Human Resources, AI in Business, Project Mgmt. & Finance.
