I graduated on the Dean’s Honour List with a Bachelor in Business Administration from The IBA, an AACSB-accredited business school. Since then, I’ve built a strong foundation in HR through impactful roles at global brands like Unilever and Alibaba Group. At Unilever, I drove talent strategies that aligned business goals with people performance across diverse functions. At Alibaba, I served as an HR Business Partner for eight departments, leading employee relations, streamlining HR processes, and launching employer branding initiatives that grew our digital reach by over I bring a strategic yet people-centered approach to HR, with additional strengths in branding, content marketing, and digital campaigns. Now based in Canada, I’m excited to contribute to organizations that value culture, growth, and meaningful people impact.
