With experience across a range of industries including legal services, boutique consulting, healthcare, fintech, and fashion, I have honed my skills in design strategy thinking, product management, and creative problem-solving. This has enabled me to build a successful portfolio of digital services through Creatives in Studio, as well as product-based businesses such as Zeph Collective and Covet & Claim. As a leader in developing a legal tech platform at Oziel Law, I digitized several legal services and innovated around complex customer journeys. This foundational product experience has been invaluable in identifying business needs and crafting user-centric experiences for projects such as Hygrid Health and Neythri Futures Fund, where I focused on empowering marginalized communities. My time spent sourcing materials in Los Angeles and working with artisan communities in cities across Central Mexico has given me a deep understanding of the production process across various product categories, including garment apparel goods, leather shoes/accessories, and ceramic homewares. This has been essential in driving brand performance, measuring product success, and managing relationships across wholesale and retail channels. As someone who is endlessly motivated and curious, I thrive on understanding and addressing new challenges.
