As a business analyst at Lakeview, I develop and document data processes for the Snowflake Data Team, using Matillion, Snowflake, and Amazon Web Services. I also evaluate and improve incident reporting techniques, and create a documentation repository on Confluence and Microsoft Teams for multiple software processes. I have completed a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, where I have learned about disease surveillance and detection, health hazard risk assessment, and health trend analysis. I have completed several courses and certifications on data analysis, visualization, and decision making, using tools such as Tableau, Visio, and R. I am passionate about applying my data skills and epidemiology knowledge to promote disease prevention and improve healthcare outcomes. I have experience as an academic intern at Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, where I supported data collection and quality assurance for COVID-19 contact tracing. I am eager to advance my career as a healthcare data professional and make a positive impact on public health.
