My history of success in the learning and development sector is directly related to my ability to successfully facilitate, design and manage training activities, programs and initiatives grounded firmly on business needs. Throughout my career history, I have been involved in several training projects including Training Coordinator Bootcamp, PM of the CMG T&D Trainers Bootcamp, Re-design and rollout of department Onboarding workshop, and the design & rollout of department role based curriculum and gSite. I am excited to apply my skills to produce immediate results as a valuable member of the well-established company. I have made it my priority to deal with customers and strengthen relations with key stakeholders. I am creative in delivering training solutions through my project coordination, team leadership, and design expertise. Comfortable in collaborative and independently-driven roles, I am a forward-thinking leader with refined analytical and critical thinking skills, and I can adapt and revise my strategies to meet evolving priorities, shifting needs, and emergent issues. I have strong expertise in training & development, program administration, stakeholder management, onboarding, project implementation, and program design. While others take pride in meeting all standards set before them, my passion is for delivering service that goes beyond organizational expectations, creating a win-win scenario for everyone involved.
