About Aishu Silva

I’m a design and communications expert with 8+ years of experience shaping how brands look, sound, and connect. I blend branding, multimedia design, storytelling, and communications to create experiences that are both compelling and clear. I’ve designed for just about every channel (email, web, social, in-app, print, and events), always with the same goal: make the message impossible to ignore. At Mintel, I translated complex consumer data into visuals that actually made sense. At Chamberlain Group, I built communications that engaged employees worldwide. And at Illinois Tech’s Kaplan Institute, I now lead all marketing and creative: developing campaigns, design systems, and brand narratives that inspire action. What drives me is making ideas resonate. Whether I’m building brand systems, designing story-driven visuals, or translating complex research into content people actually engage with, my sweet spot is where design meets communication. I'm always learning, always creating, always finding new ways to help teams connect with their audience.
