As the Lead PMO at Intellect Design Arena, a global leader in digital banking solutions, I am responsible for managing the delivery of complex and strategic projects across multiple regions and domains. I have a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from priyadarshini college of engineering, and I have over 5 years of work experience in the consulting and energy sectors. I have worked as an Associate at Shell, where I supported the implementation of a large-scale digital transformation program, and as a Senior Analyst at Deloitte India, where I provided financial advisory and risk management services to clients in various industries. I have strong skills in teamwork, finance, and stakeholder management, and I am passionate about driving innovation and excellence in the digital banking field. My core competencies include project planning, execution, and governance, budgeting and forecasting, change management, and quality assurance.
