About Aishwarya Dash

As an AI-driven Software Engineer, I specialize in building intelligent, scalable, and high-performance systems that bridge the gap between traditional software engineering and modern AI technologies. My expertise lies in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and MCP tools, where I design and implement context-aware, reasoning-driven pipelines for real-world applications. At Netradyne, I work on developing AI-powered systems that combine knowledge graphs, Neo4j, and vector databases with LLMs to enable natural language querying, multimodal retrieval, and autonomous decision-making. My work involves architecting Agentic AI workflows using MCP tools, where intelligent agents plan, retrieve, and synthesize insights from complex driver analytics and video data — enhancing model interpretability and operational intelligence.Beyond AI systems, I bring a strong foundation in software engineering and backend development, with expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, AWS, REST APIs, and multithreading. My ability to design efficient, reliable, and scalable architectures allows me to seamlessly integrate advanced AI models into production environments.I have completed my Master’s in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Hyderabad, where I have had the opportunity to enhance my knowledge of deep learning, NLP, concurrent programming, and hardware architecture, strengthening my ability to approach problems from both a research and engineering perspective.I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI, agentic systems, and cloud-native architectures — creating solutions that not only perform but also think.
