About Aishwarya Devaraj

I have a strong passion for luxury sales and marketing, which I pursued through two master's degrees in business administration from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and MBA-ESG-India, both specializing in luxury brand management. I gained valuable knowledge and skills in various aspects of the luxury industry, such as brand management, business ethics, consumer behaviour, and market analysis. I also contributed to the growth and expansion of online advertising platforms, luxury products and services, and digital marketing strategies, in my previous roles at ADSMEFLY, VENDOM, and Conrad Bengaluru. In these roles, I led a team of professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. I also delivered excellent customer service and satisfaction, increased the sales volume and market share, and supported the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy of the luxury brands.I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in the luxury sales and marketing field. I am confident in my abilities to create positive energy, collaborate effectively, and deliver results. I am open to feedback and innovation, and I value diversity and inclusion.
