About Aishwarya Kolte

During my PGDM, I gained knowledge and skills in management, business, and commerce. I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at apna, a leading online platform for blue and grey collar workers. My core competencies include end to end recruitment, negotiation, stakeholder management, candidate management, grievance handling and start-up hiring. In my current role, I proactively source, identify, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a timely and efficient hiring process. I also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. I have successfully hired for multiple open roles across teams and functions (sales, strategy, operations, business analysis, project managers, HR, corporate functions, etc.) contributing to the growth and diversity of the organization.
