My passion lies at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. With a background in healthcare systems and strategic operations, I’ve worked across industries where clarity and structure aren’t just nice to have—they’re essential. I thrive when I’m building bridges between teams, asking the questions others overlook, and using data (Excel and Power BI are my go-tos ) to guide smarter, human-centered decisions. But my story isn’t all metrics and workflows. I earned dual degrees in Healthcare Management and Music from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em 🤘), which means I approach every problem with both analytical precision and creative energy. That duality has shaped how I think, lead, and collaborate. Outside of work, you’ll find me: Curating playlists for every mood.
