About Aisling Barr

I have recently been promoted to Lead Insurer Relations Manager, forming part of the Customer Experience leadership team across Europe. This came after one year of managing the Ireland Customer Success team. My role here at Applied adds value to the business and value to the customer by building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for business growth.My aim is to give my customers advice, build rapport and provide quick responses to them. I will review data to look for trends in the company's communication strategy, negotiations and contracts to help with continued improvement. I am a very confident person with plenty of drive. Getting involved in current and new projects expands my thought process and makes me want to add value and worth to the job. Each person has different thought processes and visions and it is good to listen and work with each other to reach the best outcome. When I’m not on the job, I enjoy finding new walking trails, playing sports, cooking for the family, a nice glass of wine or two and weekend breaks away.
