Aisling is the Senior Marketing Manager and DEI Lead of Dogpatch, one of Ireland's leading startup hubs, Crunchbase ‘top 10 incubators around the world you need to know’. It is a member of a global network of 50 startups supported by Google For Startups and winner of its Global Citizenship Award in 2017 and its Global Diversity & Inclusion Award in 2018. Aisling has co-managed and executed VIP events; visitors have included The King & Queen of the Netherlands in recognition of Dogpatch’s mission to accelerate the development of Ireland's entrepreneurial ecosystem plus numerous global delegation visits, creating an immersive experience for guests in the entrepreneurial environment of Dogpatch and welcomed Harvard University for International Innovation Forum. Dr. David Ricketts, Innovation Fellow, Harvard TECH said: “The Dogpatch team were amazing - we couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better venue. I do hope we get to work together again soon.” As dedicated Communications Manager, Aisling has increased social media following by 370% in less than 12 months, planned and executed 12 monthly ‘First Fridays For Startups’ promotional campaigns, maintaining an average quarterly audience engagement rate of 260K. Dogpatch Labs runs startup accelerators and intrapreneurship incubators with range of corporates including Ireland's national energy body (ESB), a leading bank (Ulster Bank / RBS), a global FMCG giant (Unilever), global agricultural company (Alltech), leading global IoT company (Arm Technologies) and the 3rd largest re-insurance company in the world (Hannover Re). Aisling is heavily involved in all projects under both Communications and Events. Previously, Aisling worked as a marketing professional in Ireland’s national energy body (ESB), Irish fashion retailer (bornclothing.ie) and an international fashion retailer (newlook.com). Aisling is a 1st Class Honours Graduate of Commerce International (German) with fluency in German language, having studied at NUI Galway, Ireland & University of Goettingen, Germany for four years.
