About Aisling Demaison

I lead pastoral care at the British School Geneva while running my own youth coaching practice, MindPlan Coaching. These dual roles let me do what I love most: supporting young people as they navigate their way through school and life. In my school role, I create supportive environments where students feel safe to be themselves and work through challenges. Student wellbeing isn't just about handling problems but building confidence and resilience before issues arise. I'm particularly passionate about working with students who have ADHD. Through my coaching practice, I help teens develop practical strategies that work for their unique ways of thinking and learning. It's incredibly rewarding to watch a student discover their strengths and start thriving academically and personally. My approach comes from years of experience in schools across Europe, from Dublin to Geneva. I've learned that every student's path is different, and the key is finding what works for each individual. Sometimes that means quiet listening, sometimes it means active problem-solving, but it always means starting with trust and understanding. I'm always happy to connect with fellow educators or parents looking for support for their teens.
