About Aisling Fox

My passion for helping people started in primary school. I used to help my schoolmates with their work. I would never tell them the answers but always made sure they understood how to get answers (even at age 11!) I always knew my career had to be helping people. This is where I found my passion for HR. I'm not your typical HR (or so colleagues and friends have told me time and time again -in a good way!). I always take the time to listen, understand, empathise and care. And my take is there has to be give and take from both the employer and employee side. I bring a unique objective view. I excelled in my HR career. It began with a recruitment agency, and I really understood how businesses work from this experience. Budgets, financials, and the importance of the right talent for each organisation. I learned the importance of culture and how creating the right one, creates a loyal and honest workforce. Moving to In-House HR and quickly getting promoted to HR Business Partner, it showed me that I am extremely good at what I do and subsequently became HR Director quickly after that. I have a bubbly personality, along with a very strategic mind and excellent work ethic, and a lot of knowledge about how to manage people and in accordance with the law. I set up my Career Coaching Business so people can finally get a true insight into what it takes to get hired for the dream roles that they want and to believe anything is possible. My husband and I have set up our wellness business - Peaceful Stepping Stone, to help others achieve their goals, overcome stress, overwhelm and burnout in order to achieve these goals.
