Behaviour analyst in a consultation position at Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK), the child and youth mental health lead in Halton. As a consultant I work with ROCK's mental health clinicians to support behaviour reduction, skill acquisition, caregiver education, and neuro-diverse affirming care within mental health programs. Programs include live-in treatment, intensive care, prevention services, and crisis. Experience working directly with children and youth with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis and their caregivers through OAP funded programs such CMEY, Urgent Response Services (URS), Foundational Family Services (FFS), and ETS. Experience in 1:1 ABA therapy as both a direct service provider and supervisor implementing strategies for both skill acquisition and behaviour reduction. Experience supervising staff completing hours for BACB certifications such as BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT.
