Award-winning senior executive leader in global business strategy and communications. My career demonstrates a true commitment to creating a more sustainable and equitable world. I create innovative value-led sustainability, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE & I) strategies and successfully embed meaningful and transformational agendas into global organisations. My determination to accelerate the transition fuels my work with blue-chip clients, NGOs, governments and intergovernmental organisations. As a trusted board and C-suite advisor, I collaborate with policy makers and decision-makers on setting out ESG and DEI strategies and communications to achieve critical sustainability commitments. I am resolute in driving policy change, working with renowned organisations such as the United Nations, pioneering The People’s Seat at COP24 that contributed to the adoption of the Paris Agreement Rulebook and governments and NGO's to achieve an ivory ban. Recognised for my impactful accomplishments, I have received many climate, effectiveness and creative awards, including a UN SDG Impact Award, Marketing Society Grand Prix, Gold Cannes Lion and Grand Prix at Campaign Big Awards. I was recognised on the 2019 and 2021 HERoes INvolve Women Role Model Awards Top 100 List of Senior Executives for my DE & I contribution. I speak at international events and participate in sustainability and DE & I panels. Advancing ESG and sustainability agendas, I build and scale world-class sustainability practices involving globally dispersed talent pools, helping multinationals and governments to enact transformational change and create forward-thinking strategies, brand identities, partnerships and communications, while ensuring global players commit to their ESG pledges. A passionate environmentalist, I have been appointed by Ireland's Minister for Environment, Climate and Communication to the EPA's Advisory Committee (Environmental Protection Agency) and I am a non-executive director of the Tusk Award-winning NGO, CSL (Conservation South Luangwa) in Zambia.
