I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management in Telecommunications and Informatics from Telkom University, achieving a GPA of 3.89/4.00. I have strong skills in business, data analytics, data management, and leadership.When I was in university, I did a project that analyzed over customer reviews from Twitter to help improve the service quality of Shopee Xpress. As a Practicum Assistant at Telkom University, I developed course materials, mentored students, and managed large classes, enhancing my communication and leadership skills. I have held various roles in university organizations, leading events and managing public relations. These experiences have helped me adapt to different business environments and effectively communicate with diverse groups.I have also completed a Machine Learning program at Bangkit Academy by Google, GoTo, and Traveloka, where I spent 957 hours learning and earned an A grade. Additionally, I have certifications in Google IT Automation with Python, TensorFlow, and Mathematics for Machine Learning.I am fluent in English, with a TOEFL ITP score of 553, and I enjoy explaining complex ideas in simple ways.
