Biggest project 25 MSEK incl forty multi-cultural team members. I am also a great facilitator regardless of way of working or initiative conditions. My background is Volvo Autonomous Solutions, Digital & Engineering, Aftermarket, SKF Group Logistics etc. Overall, 18 years cross functional Project Management, facilitator, problem-solving and team building experience. Broad experience in driving development and problem solving from IT digital solutions, embedded software & hardware product, big and small initiatives. Driving pre-studies, projects, work packages, programs, developing roadmaps and diverse types of continues improvements. I lead people in a natural way towards desired state regardless of environment conditions. A positive mindset with a lot of energy!
