Manager with more than 18 years experience in the automotive sector, with strong components of function optimization and business process outsourcing; with a clear focus on ensuring the external and internal customer satisfaction with the results. Currently involved in continuous improvement of internal processes at HQ in order to maximise efficiency, productivity and profitability across the business, after a brief period working in the e-mobility sector to develop consistent after-market procedures and coordination for the correct application of different technical field actions. With a wide scope of after-sales, having worked over the years within multi-skilled customer satisfaction teams leading the after-sales relationship with our customers, dealer-net and distributors; mainly for UK, Ireland & Scandinavia. Having participated in the definition of procedures and business development of the distribution infraestructure to improve existing level of service, reliability and teams management, participating in the programs / projects defined and visiting our customers and dealers on a regular basis to follow-up and strenghten our joint relationhip for both; large fleet / public operators and retail customers.
