About Aize Li

Motivated team leader with >13 years of progressive experience in team/project management and operations and >20 yrs experiences in material and process developments. Manage the Wet chemistry and the Chemical Durability group strategically, technically and functionally in a world-leading glass manufacturing company, supporting R,D&M activities through new method development, problems solving and innovation contributions. Later on, transition to the Gorilla glass business and assign to be the new materials and process product engineering lead. Be responsible to product quality and spec setting, interface with external customers and work with the development, manufacturing and AE team to deliver the new products to external customers. More recently, take a lead on the new process development for bendable glass products. Hold a PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry from University of North Dakota and a Master degree in Polymer Science in Jilin University in China. Authored and co-authored on >20 peer-reviewed publications and >100 internal technical reports, 16patents and >80 invention disclosures.
