About Aize Terpstra
Meteen nadat ik mijn HBO opleiding milieukunde had afgemaakt kon ik aan de slag als toezichthouder milieu bij de gemeente Lemsterland. Omdat deze gemeente per 1 januari 2013 ambtelijk fuseerde naar gemeente De Fryske Marren, ben ik nog een jaar werkzaam geweest als toezichthouder milieu bij deze gemeente. Per 1 januari 2014 ben ik overgegaan naar de FUMO omdat bij de FUMO de meeste uitdaging aanwezig is. Ik heb me bij de FUMO gespecialiseerd op het toezicht bij agrarische bedrijven. Vanaf 2017 ben ik naast toezichthouder milieu, ook coördinator van het team agrarisch en het team wat toezicht houdt op de Wet natuurbescherming. Daarnaast voer ik nog controles uit bij de complexere agrarische bedrijven zoals het toezicht op luchtwassers en biovergisters.
