Dear Hiring Manager, I started my career in banking industry back in 2013 when I joined Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad as the Personal Financing Executive (Mortgages and Personal Financing). I was able to learnt and developed my working skills as well as improving my networking. In 2014, I was one of the top performer nationwide. In 2016, I have joined BSN as the Insurance Specialist. Besides promoting, marketing and sell Life Insurance, here I learn the importance of assurance in your life. I was able to improve my communication skill and learn new effective way of closing sales. In this business, I learn that its all about touching the heart and always put ourselves in our customer's shoes. Therefore, I was able to accomplish the target given and earned recognition from the Bank as Top Sales Performer in 2017. From insurance, I wanted to challenge myself in Takaful business. I was offered as Takaful Advisor by Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad in 2018. Eventhough the product is different, but the target customer is the same and this time the market segment are much wider whereby I can offer assistance to older generation aged 55's and above to take Takaful. I have also worked at MBSB Bank Berhad as Financial Advisor specialised in Property Financing back in 2019. Presently, I have joined Co-opbank Pertama as the Head Unit of Marketing and Financing whereby I manage my own sales and lead them to achieve their monthly sales target. Today, I want to develop my career and seeking new opportunity in management field/sector. 11 years in the Banking industry has thaught and prepared me to seek my true potential in other areas. I truly believes my years of experience and working skills will bring your organisation towards higher achievement in the future. I want to thank you for your time and consideration.
