About Aj Benefield

Started my career in the Transportation Industry as soon as I completed my graduate degree in December of 2016 at the University of North Georgia. Tribe Transportation is a major player in the temperature controlled industry, and it has given me incredible experience in the business world as a whole. Transportation never stops, nor stays the same. We have new unexpected challenges to tackle every day, and in part, it grooms the employers and employees in our industry to be to solve and avoid problems. My time in the Supply Chain Industry has given a wealth of knowledge in sales, management, and problem solving. This industry demands a solid work ethic, good communication, and leadership, which benefits us all for life inside and outside of business down the road. I am proud to be a part of the process that provides consumers with everyday necessities.
