About Aj Brown

My goal is to help companies discover, and develop their own WHY. The ultimate goal is to make authentic connections through your values, which in turn drive what makes your product or service unique. I love getting to understand what drives you and your organization because the way I see it–everything comes down to human connection. Whether you want to call that relationship building, synergy, community management. It all comes down to connecting with your audience. With that spirit in mind, I live to bring unexpected joy to the people in my life. And find it's helpful to be curious, not judgmental. I've also discovered a passion for guiding others in their careers, especially helping students and recent grads navigate that uncertainty of finding their first role, and excelling in it. I find myself regularly creating training opportunities that are fun and dynamic (Power Point Club anyone?) and try to create space for those I work with directly to be curious, make mistakes, and grow in their role and as a person.
