I’m an instructional designer with a passion for creating impactful, mission-driven training experiences. With over a decade of experience supporting federal agencies and international partners, I specialize in designing and delivering computer-based and instructor-led training using tools like Articulate Rise 360 and Adobe Captivate. My work spans a wide range of sectors—recently including curriculum development for the U.S. Air Force and a custom training workshop for Ukraine’s State Service of Special Communications and Information, earning praise from my CISA client and the government of Ukraine, which sent a letter of thanks to the CISA Director for the team’s efforts. I bring a learner-centered approach to every project, ensuring content is both engaging and aligned with strategic objectives. Whether it’s building exercises aligned with HSEEP standards, designing scalable training for stakeholders, or enhancing program effectiveness through thoughtful design, I thrive at the intersection of policy, practice, and education.
